Refunds

If we do not start within 5 working days after a complete brief, you get the paid amount back.

Once work has started, any refund is proportional to what was not delivered — we say so plainly.

Payment is by PayPal, bank transfer (EUR/LEK) or USDT on TRC-20. Work starts only after the payment is visible.
